This year marks the return of the festival to an in-person event, following the pandemic year. The Southeast Arizona Birding Festival offers expert-guided birding, wildlife, and cultural field trips; photography and bird-ID workshops; free nature presentations, vendors, and activities. It will be held from August 11-15, and headquartered at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tucson – Reid Park. Registration is $20.
