Gymnastics World Central on Fort Lowell is offering weekly
day camps for kids
all summer long. The classes are three hours a day, four days a week.

At the beginning of camp each day, we started by stretching and warming up our bodies. Afterwards we were spit up into two groups. The group I was in did exercises on the bars, floor, rings, trampoline and the tumble track. It was a great work out and loads of fun! The coaches were really nice and showed us new skills. My coaches were Coach Caleb and Coach Jaime.
