“A Minecraft Movie” has been a big hit for the box office. This movie stars Jennifer Coolidge, Jack Black, and many more famous entertainers. The budget for this movie was around 150 million dollars, and in the U.S alone, it has made over 280 million dollars. On the day of this writing, this movie has made over $550,000,000!

Do you know how to play a musical instrument? The UofA offers classes for children from 6 to 16 years old. It is called String Project.

I interviewed the program director, Kelsey Nussbaum. She told me String Project started at the UofA in 2000. University students teach lessons, both individual lessons and group classes, that last a semester. Students show their learning at a recital. Right now, the program has about 60 students in four different levels.

“Using a lightsaber is just good fun! It’s one of the most iconic weapons in history. Everyone knows what it is. There is just something about wielding a fantasy weapon in real life–it brings out the joy in you,” says Peter Borg of Borg’s Saber Academy in Phoenix.
