DO YOU NOW HAVE TROUBLE GETTING UP AND GETTING TO SCHOOL ON TIME? IF YOU DO, TRY THESE HELPFUL TIPS. TRY SETTING YOUR ALARM TO A CONSTANT TIME, AND ONLY CHANGE IT WHEN NECESSARY. ONCE A WEEK, DURING THE SUMMER, GET UP AT THE TIME THAT YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN UP FOR SCHOOL. SCHEDULE AN EARLY CLASS THAT STARTS AT THE SAME TIME YOUR SCHOOL BELL WOULD RING. STAY OUT OF BED AFTER YOU GET UP. TRY SPLASHING WATER ON YOUR FACE, EATING, OR MOVING AROUND TO WAKE YOURSELF UP. GET YOUR STUFF OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE.
